Away Days
The annual away day is becoming an important event in the
calendar of the british workplace. They take many formats
all of which have their particular benefits. They can include:
- A day of focus sessions looking at the place of the team
within the organisation, its role, what it is achieving
and what it may be seeking to change and develop.
- An inspirational development session focusing on an appropriate
area of working relationships and it potential for the team.
An example of this would be the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
- Some form of team bonding activity such as indoor team
challenges.
Away days take slightly different formats depending upon
the number of staff attending. We typically get involved with
events for between 8 and 80 people. We get involved in all
aspects of away days from provision of facilitation, through
to short development workshops or by the provision of indoor
team challenges.
