Coaching
Our coaching is an enabling process that helps people develop
or work through issues using a supportive and challenging
process of questioning, listening and understanding based
around:
- Understanding goals and purpose
- Exploring blocks and perceived contraints
- Heightening awareness of skills and opportunities
The emphasis is on the individual using the skills and knowledge
they already possess with the coach being there to assist
in the process.
Typically the coaching is most effective at times of changing
role or organisational restructuring or when the individual
is seeking to achieve or maintain a raised level of achievment.
Coaching sessions are typically up to an hour in length and
take place over the phone or in person. Working through specific
issues typically takes a number of sessions over the course
of a month. Ongoing coaching sessions are ideally once every
three of four weeks.
