Teamology

Teamology is the body of knowledge upon which we base all of our work. Teamology is a fundamental understanding of how teams work and how to make them work better..

From that start point every single training event, team build and coaching session is crafted to have the optimum result on the organisations, teams and individuals that we develop.

Teamology is broad ranging in that it encompasses many other theories and then presents them in a way that makes a difference to the results that are achieved.

For example:

• MBTI contributes some solid thinking about how individuals prefer to work. We bring this into an organisational setting that relates to a results focus.
• Team building can be great fun. Tailoring it so it contributes to developing appropriate working relationships is something that we do based on Teamology.
• Belbin gives us information on preferred working styles and how they relate to teams and goal approach. Teamology provides the setting that means that these ideas can be put into day to day working so that there is a change to the results that a team achieves.
