Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs

Maslow did much to develop a simple framework for understanding the underlying motivations behind people's behaviour.

Maslow suggested 5 levels:

Physiological needs..

Safety needs.

Social needs.

Esteem needs.

Self actualisation needs.
